Build what India's farmers and buyers have been waiting for
We're 47 people in Hyderabad with the unglamorous, deeply important job of making farmland transactions in India work without the fraud, paperwork chaos, or runaround. Come help us.
How we work
Three things shape how we make decisions and how we hire. If these resonate, we'll get on well.
Verification before velocity
We will gladly delay a feature, a deal, or a deploy if we're not 100% sure. The product's brand is built on caution; the team behaves the same way.
Field is the source of truth
Once a month every employee — engineers, designers, marketers — visits a plot, a sub-registrar's office, or a soil lab. You can't build something accurately without smelling it.
Write more than you talk
Decisions in a doc. Status in writing. Async-first. Meetings are for misalignment, not status updates. The bar for clarity is the bar for shipping.
Benefits that match the role you came here to do
Open roles
8 positions across engineering, design, ops and field. All Hyderabad-based, hybrid (Tue–Thu in office) unless noted.
“The hardest part of building TrueAcre isn't the software. It's getting 27 different state IGRS portals, three banks, and a few thousand sellers to coordinate around a single source of truth. If that sentence sounds interesting and not annoying, you'd probably like working here.”Aarav Mehta· Co-founder & CEO · ex-Razorpay, IIM-A
