This Cookie Policy explains how TrueAcre Technologies Pvt Ltd (“TrueAcre”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our websites and applications. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
01What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website you visit. Cookies are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information. They cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.
We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage, web beacons, and pixel tags— which work in much the same way as cookies. For simplicity, we refer to all of them as “cookies” throughout this document.
02Categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories. You can accept, reject or partially configure them at any time via the Cookie preferences link in our site footer.

04Third-party cookies
The following third parties may set cookies via our site, subject to your consent:
- Google Analytics 4 — usage analytics. Data anonymised and stored in EU/Singapore. Google privacy.
- Meta Pixel — Facebook / Instagram ad measurement. Marketing consent required.
- HubSpot — chat widget on logged-out pages.
- Hotjar — session replay (sampled at 5%, fully redacts PII inputs).
- Razorpay — payment-page cookies during checkout.
- Sentry — error monitoring (no PII).
We do not sell, share, or rent any user data with advertising networks. The marketing cookies above are used solely for measurement and retargeting, never for data brokerage.
05Managing your preferences
You have several ways to control cookies:
- Cookie preferences: Use the Cookie preferences link in our footer to opt in/out at any time.
- Browser controls: Most browsers let you reject cookies entirely, delete existing cookies, or be prompted before each cookie is set.
- Mobile device IDs: Both iOS (Settings → Privacy → Tracking) and Android (Settings → Google → Ads) let you reset or disable advertising IDs.
- Do Not Track: We honour DNT signals where possible. With DNT set, we disable analytics and marketing cookies automatically.
06Cross-border data transfer
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, all data of Indian users is stored within India. However, some of the third-party providers above (Google, Meta, Sentry) operate globally. Where data leaves India, it is transferred under safeguards required by Indian law — typically via standard contractual clauses and provider self-certification.
07Children
Our services are not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly set non-essential cookies on devices we identify as belonging to minors. If you believe a minor has used our service and you’d like their data deleted, contact privacy@trueacre.in.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days and announced via in-app banner. The “Effective” date at the top of this document always reflects the current version.
