TrueAcre ("we") operates the land & property marketplace at trueacre.co. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Data we collect

Account — name, email, mobile number.
Listings & enquiries — property details and messages you submit.
Location— an approximate city from your IP address on each sign-in, and your precise location only if you grant your browser's location permission.
Device & sign-in details — browser, operating system, device type, screen size, timezone, language, IP address, and the time of each sign-in.

2. Why we collect it

To provide and operate the marketplace.
Account security — to show you your sign-in history and detect suspicious access.
To connect buyers and sellers (email, SMS, WhatsApp) when you enquire.

3. Retention

Sign-in/device records are automatically deleted after 180 days. Account and listing data are kept while your account is active.

4. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. You can view your own sign-in history under My devices. To exercise other rights, contact us at privacy@trueacre.co.

5. Sharing

We use Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend and MSG91 (communications), and Google (maps, sign-in) as processors. We do not sell your personal data.
