When to file
File a dispute if the property materially differs from the listing, a document turns out to be inaccurate, or the other party isn't honouring the agreement. While funds are in escrow, your deposit is protected throughout.
How to file
- Open the transaction.Go to the deal in your dashboard and choose "Raise a dispute".
- Describe the issue.Attach photos, documents and dates. Specifics speed up resolution.
- We freeze the escrow.Funds stay locked while our legal panel reviews — neither side can move them.
What happens next
Our legal panel reviews within 5 business days and proposes a resolution. If it resolves in your favour before registration, you receive a full refund — typically within 5 business days.
